Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By playing MemeClub you agree to these terms. Short version: be cool, don't be a jerk, and don't break the game.

The game

MemeClub is provided 'as is' for your entertainment. We may add, change or remove features as the game evolves.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share access you shouldn't, and keep your sign-in safe.

Acceptable use

Don't use MemeClub to harass people, upload illegal content, cheat, or abuse other players. You can block and report players from inside any game, and we can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the packs, captions and images you create. By using them in MemeClub you grant us the licence needed to store them and show them to other players in your games. Don't upload anything illegal or that isn't yours to share.

Content standards

MemeClub is a comedy game, but some things are never allowed in anything you upload or write — custom packs, images, captions, audio, room names or profile names. Prohibited: sexually explicit material, nudity or pornography; any sexual content involving minors; hate speech or slurs targeting protected groups; harassment, threats, doxxing or bullying; graphic violence or gore; promotion of self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal activity; gambling or real-money wagering; malware, spam or advertising; and anything you don't hold the rights to.

Moderation & reporting

Player-created packs, images and audio go into a moderation queue and are reviewed by our team. Anything submitted for public display — community pack voting, or a deck offered to all players — is reviewed and approved before it goes live. Content used privately inside a player's own room is reviewed after publication and whenever it is reported. Content that fails review is blocked immediately: it can no longer be selected in any game and disappears from the pack lists. Reported content and players are treated as a priority — we aim to action valid reports within 24 hours, usually much sooner — and repeat or serious violations mean a suspended account. Report a player or a piece of content from inside the game, or email support@memeclub.party.

Subscriptions & purchases

MemeClub Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly); Lifetime is a one-time purchase; and "One Night Party" is a one-time, non-renewing 24-hour Pro pass. Pro may also be granted by a promo code. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency (USD baseline). An auto-renewable subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. In the apps, manage or cancel in your store account (App Store / Google Play). On the web, purchases are sold by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and managed through Paddle.

Refunds

All purchases are final. We don’t offer refunds except where the store (Apple / Google), Paddle, or applicable law requires one — see our Refund Policy.

Liability

We're a party game. We're not liable for ruined friendships, lost arguments, or that one meme you will never live down.

Operator & governing law

MemeClub is operated by Denys Brivka (sole proprietor, Ukraine). These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
